SE Draft Lite

What happened

I last saw my bike at Oct 23 at 7pm and discovered it missing at the date/time above. Earlier that day a stranger asked me while I was walking my bike how much it cost and where I got it and "if it went fast". It was a weird situation but I answered him figuring that he was innocently asking since, at the end of the day, knowing more about my bike doesn't make a U-lock easier to crack. This bike is generally on the low end in terms of new bikes - about $300 - so I didn't think it would be a hot target anyway. This incident with the guy obviously could be totally unrelated to it getting stolen.
