GT Tachyon 3.0

What happened
I've locked up to this same place a milllion times, for years. I was distracted and upset, I'm worried I must not have locked it up properly in my distress. This bike is my livelihood (I'm a dog walker), and a gift from someone very important to me. I love it like a child... :( Please please PLEASE help me find her...

Recovery notes
On 10/10/14, the CSBR received an email from the "former" victim: Well, whatta ya know? Seems I did lock it up. Just to a little part of that fence that had been discreetly cut, apparently. When it came back with the lock hanging from the frame and tumblers thoroughly spun, I went back and worked over every part of that fence with purpose. Found the give on the bottom of one of the bars. But, my bike has been returned. Another dog walker had noticed it abandoned in an alley, then saw my flyer this morning (I plastered 65 of them in the area yesterday afternoon). The lock is beat to shit from them riding it with the lock still on the frame. Which also bent the crankset. Which must be when they gave up and left it. And I don't know how or why they destroyed the bungee cord, that had just been rapped securely about the rack in back, but came back bent up and rapped about the handlebars.
