What happened

thief jumped over wrought iron fence & swiped bike while i went inside for just a few minutes. then left black gate door unlocked as he fled through the gate directly off of sidewalk. thief entered yard & took bike while i was inside for 15 minutes, came out to leave & it was gone. was there when i was in yard minutes before.
