What happened

My bike was locked to its self, frame to front wheel, in my basement/laundry room/storage space. I last rode it, tuesday, july 15th. I was going to ride it to work today july 18th, when I realized it was missing.

This bike was stolen from my basement at 5045 north Damen. It's a cream-colored surly steamroller. Fixed gear, brakeless, front wheel locked with a kryptonite U-lock. Many scuffs on the handle bars; fork and chainstays show metal. surly hubs. Vittoria randonneur tire in front, continental "all tour" in back. 47-16 ratio. Shimano combo spd pedals.
