Surly Long Haul Trucker

What happened

I had the bike inside my apartment kitchen and moved it outside on the deck with the intention of moving it to storage unit shortly after. I had changed clothes after getting rained on, then came back 10 minutes later and it was gone. The deck is enclosed in a locked gate and is not visible from the alley. I have reasons to believe this was a targeted theft, not random. My neighbor witnessed two males late teens/early 20s running out of the back gate.
