Women's Schwinn 7-Speed Jaguar Beach Cruiser

What happened

The bike was taken from a locked garage (access granted with an opener only given to residents) that did have a fence in the back. It was the only bike taken as the rest of the bikes were locked with the U-shaped locks. I suspect that either someone from my building (who has access to the garage) cut the lock and took the bike up to their apartment, or more likely, someone jumped the fence in the bike and cut the lock and took the bike and lock with them.

Bike was almost brand-new looking. The handle bars were wide-set so that rider almost sat up straight. The back half of the bike was navy blue, the front half was silver. The back wheel had a "Schwinn" plate over it. The handlebars had a black fanny-pack looking bag attached.
