What happened

I went to ride my bike. Upon entering the storage room with my key (no signs of forced entry), I found my bike missing.

Great. The front prongs were replaced after being hit by a car. The replaced front prongs are silver. There were scratched on the middle bar of the frame because of the lock. The bike also has a cargo rack on the back. The last feature was a strobe light on the front were the reflector broke off.
