What happened
Crashed bike just east of Chicago River on Diversey. Injured my hand and was unable to work the lock. Bad neighborhood, and I got nervous when people nearby started to notice my situation and felt I needed to get out of there. Called 911, but had fled the scene before help arrived. No officers reported recovering the bike. Anyone could have just taken it at that point.
