Critical Urban Road Bike

What happened

Was locked inside a gate against the fence. When I came back to ride home, the bike along with the lock were missing. This was at about 2800 N Drake in Logan Square around 3:30am. It looks like the bike in the picture only the seat has been changed to a grey one.

5 months old. There is some black electrical tape between the handlebars. It may not be there now, it was used to cover 2 small holes that whistled when riding. The right pedal is not fully twisted in and sticks out at a slight angle compared to the other. Grey seat.
