What happened
My apartment was broken into while my roommates and I were awake, inside. Bike was by the unlocked back door of my gated, second story apartment. We heard a noise but thought nothing of it. I did not notice my bike was gone until waking up the next morning. Noise was caused by the burglar knocking a box to the floor.

Less than a millimeter of clearence between chainring and chainstay.
