Women's Specialized Rock Hopper

What happened

Bike was locked to a pay meter side near the patio seating at Rise sushi restaurant. Checked on my bike at 10 pm after dinner and again at 12:00 am and it was still locked up. Came back at approximately 2:00 am to find that my bike and lock were stolen.

Some scratches on frame and pedals. Right hand grip is slightly sticky and left hand grip has been punctured from falling over. It has a brand new metal basket attached to handle bars. A removable flashing headlight and flashing rear reflector. Also has a mounted rear reflector.
