Columbia Northway Comfort Men's Bike

What happened

I locked the bike up when I went in for work and when I came back out, the bike was gone. However, another bike was sitting at the locks - a black, rather small, beat-up bike, unlocked and resting against the bars. I don't know if it was related or not. NOTE: Image is not of my bike personally but is of the same model/coloring, found on Google.

Bike has a recently replaced back wheel/inner tube with noticably newer treads than the front wheel, some damage to right handlebar grip, and Bell LED screw-on lights on the front and rear of the bike in lieu of reflectors. Gear shift mechanism is also a bit finicky.
