What happened
I have arrived at work at around 11:30am on the 26th at the Perennial Virant inside the Lincoln Hotel. I've locked my bike around a tree and both wheels of my bike. Between the starting time of when I locked my bike to when I left work at around 12:30am and when I was in the process of going home, my bike was missing from around the tree my bike was locked up on.
