Giant Avail 1 Women's Bicycle (2010)

What happened

Bike was locked on WELLS street, almost in front of Wells On Wells (restaurant/bar). Bike cable was cut with wire-cutters and my bike was GONE. Police car/two officers were parked less than 200 meters away from where my bike was locked- said a lot of bikes have been stolen in this area.....really?!
