KHS Flite 250

What happened

I parked my bike as usual on the sidewalk in front of the Old Town School of Folk Music at 7:50PM. I headed to my guitar class then back out to my bike at 9:45PM and found it missing along with the flat key U-lock. The picture depicts exactly location where I parked and exactly how I locked it. I took this photo a week earlier.
