What happened

Attended the Chinatown 5k event. Arrived at Chinatown Plaza at 7:30am and locked bike to fiance's bike. Fiance's bike was locked to the bike rack on the edge of the plaza outside tent perimeter. 8:00am the 5k race started. 8:45am checked on both bikes and they were still there after the race. Attended post-race event at the tents. Roughly around 9:30am the Awards announcement began on stage. 9:40am walked to bike rack and one bike was missing and the lock was on the ground
