Schwinn Road Bike

What happened

I work at Ready Coffee (right next to Myopic Books) in Wicker Park. Bike was parked right in front of storefront, locked to a bike rack. It was there when I walked down the street, and when I walked back it was gone. The front tire is still there, locked to the bike rack with the u-lock. This had to happen between 2:30 and 3:00pm. Right pedal was missing and right brake did not work. A lot of the lettering is scratched off.
