Lemond Chambery

What happened

Bike was locked with a kryptonite U lock through frame and bike rack with a cable attached to U lock going through front tire. Bike was located on a bike rack near what looks like a receiving bay on Monroe at the Art Institute of Chicago. There were surveillance cameras, but we have not seen the tape.
