Schwinn 21 Speed Mtn Bike

What happened

Locked my bike at the Western-Orange line CTA train station, early in the morning, to the designated bike rack in front of the station. Returned at night after work and my bike and cable lock was missing. Two weeks prior to this incident, my front wheel was stolen. Last weekend, my u-lock(at that time I had a cable and a u-lock) appeared to have been tampered with and was no longer usable. This bike rack is not hidden or secluded. It is directly in front of the station, in view of the CTA booth/guard shack. All incident happened on the weekend. I have been locking my bike at this station for 2years.
