What happened

Bike was locked to bike rack in front of Columbia Yacht Club front door. I locked it at 2:30pm on Thursday May 16 and went inside club. Came out of club at 3:30pm and bike was gone. Club has video footage showing two men riding across bridge to club, then riding back out and one of them was on my bicycle. It took them 5 mins in broad daylight with people everywhere. They left one of the bikes they rode in on unlocked and against the rack where mine had been. Bike was a women's xs frame - customized for fit and function- a man would have looked funny on it.
