Trek 2nd District (Parts Theft)
What happened
Had bike locked through front wheel and frame in front of church near Palmer Square. They stole the rear wheel, headset, stem, and bullhorn handlebars covered in brown leather looking bar tape without messing with the lock. Rear wheel is brown and somewhat deep, with flip flop hub with free wheel and fixed gear cog. Tire is bontrager 700*25 plus and is white or tan.
