What happened

Bicycle was locked up to metal railing that follows the front steps of the apartment, the metal railing and bars were cut/sawed through, maybe saw/cut marks on the frame. At this time, I strongly believe my U-lock and chain were locked through the frame as well and could not be taken off easily.
