What happened

I locked it to a street sign and went into a bar, had three beers, and when I walked out some guy was riding down the street with my bike. I chased for 3 blocks but couldnt keep up. I went back to where I locked my bike and the lock was gone, and the bolt securing the sign in place was covered with rust, so I know that he broke the lock somehow.
