What happened

Entered my condo's locked bike room. Only individuals who live in this building have a key. Several other bikes were missing. The bike was locked by the front wheel and frame. The cable/lock was left in the room. Several of the other stolen bikes had their front wheels left in the room locked to the bike rack.
