this guy posts on craigslist with frames he steals, adds new upgrades to bikes to pass them off as "used." If you call that number, you get a very generic "leave your name and number and Ill call you back." Notice how he wants to meet at an El stop?? wow not suspicious at all..... report all of his ads!
