Bianchi Castro Valley
What happened
The lock appears to have been cut with a cable cutter. It was in front of the Harold Washington Library near the corner of State and Van Buren. One strange probably unrelated incident was that a man dressed in a Pizza outfit handing out flyers had approached me as I was walking the bike to the library around noon. He made some comments about the bike being nice, asked what I paid for it, and made an accusatory statement "I bet you could afford one of those $7000 bikes". Just kinda odd.
