What happened

Went into performance bike shop on halsted and diversey. I was just grabbing a new tube for another bike I walked right past the thief while inside (6'3" mid to late 30s, 190lbs, white shirt, black male, small tool belt) as soon as i was walking to the front of the store I realized I did not see my bike on the rack anymore. ran outside only to talk to a guy coming in who said he saw the thief take off on the bike and head south on halsted.
