What happened
Most likely the person just cut the cable and ran with the bike. Must have been a bit heavy at the time because they left my front wheel which is really weird. No police report yet.

- The Kuota Decal is broken up. It has a compact Sram rival group on it. By the BB there the frame is damaged with a tear in Carbon. Red Fizik Arion Tri saddle. Mavic Aksium rear wheal the front was left. The left bar is taped with Duct tape. Has a Tri bars clamped on.
