What happened
Bike owner went home early from school due to illness. Bike was left overnight. Next day: no bike. Area has a security camera and tapes are being reviewed.

- 1970s Motobecane, converted to SS. BROWN brushpaint job with original red showing through underneath. Bullhorns, no bar tape, but blue masking tape holding down the brake cables (red). Inverse brake levers (ie stuck in the bar ends). Semi-deep-V rims over high flange Nashbar hubs, rear is a flip flop. VERY distinctive BROWN Schwalbe Delta Cruiser fat tires (700c x 35mm) with wide reflective sidewalls. Motobecane badge still on the front of the bike.
