Black and White Specialized Hard Rock Mountain Bike

What happened

This is one of two bikes locked together with a cable lock that were stolen. The bikes belong to friends who were visiting from out of state who have asked if I can help retrieve them if they are relocated. It was during Lollapalooza weekend, so someone likely cut the cable and stole two bikes for the price of one.
