What happened

Thieves stole my bike from rack in front of Cornerstone learning center at 1111 N Wells St. I have video of the incident because there is a camera inside the learning center that actually videoed the whole thing. Thieves arrived at 4:02, cut the lock with a chain machine and left at 4:07 on Thursday July 26 at 4:02am.

Seat was old and fabric was coming off. It had a rack for adapting a child seat in the steering bar. It had two water bottle racks and a black plastic mud fender. Bike was locked with a U lock and cable from one of the bike racks at the street.
