What happened

I'm pretty sure I heard the commotion as the cable was cut, but I didn't know what the noise was so I did not check until about half an hour later. There was supposed to be a new lock installed on the storage room door.

Silver with black rubber. Screws are rusted on handle bar and the white paint for "Marin" has washed off. There is still some stenciling for the letters though. There is also a carrier platform on the back. Finally, there is a registration number for the Algonquin apartments and one for the City of Ames (in Iowa).
