Have not completed the police report yet, but was locked to a wooden staircase. The stairwas was broken and the ulock still attached to the bike.

Recovery notes
On 7/12/2012 victim was alerted by another victim who had printed several pages of recent listings from the Chicago Stolen Bicycle Registry that she saw his bike at a south side flea market. He reports that he was able to retrieve it by showing the vendor a key that fit the lock.
