Giant Peloton 8200 with Alex Rims, Carbon front fork and Shimon RSX Groupset.
What happened
BIke was double locked to a solid bike rack. One lock (a cable lock) was cut, and the U-lock that had secured the front wheel was found locked and still attached to the bike rack. This happened on Wacker Drive, one of the busiest roads in Chicago in the middle of the day.
