Schwinn Paramount, late 70's.

What happened

Came home from store, leaned bike against back porch in fenced in backyard, ran up stairs to put groceries away, eat some food, came back down 30 mins later, bike was gone. 6 pm. Broad day light. We have new neighbors across the street, they are very shady. They were out when it happened, claimed they didnt see anything. The cops have been at their place a few times in the last few weeks. They are noisy, dirty, rude. They wouldn't even talk to me when I asked if they saw anyone take my bike. I'm pretty sure they took it, but there's nothing I can do.
