What happened
This was an enclosed back stairwell/porch. I have a heavy duty shelving unit (made of thick steel) out there with boxes and such. Two bikes were attached to the unit and both were stolen. I think one of my neighbors could be the culprit because it seems weird that someone would actually enter the building to steal these from the second floor.
