2006 Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Expert Test Bike
What happened
Bike was locked securly to the bike rack in the building. A standard U lock with a coiled chain looped through both wheels, with lock through the rear tire & frame. Was cut with an electronic cutter. Culprit saw on video surveillance system with in the building.
