What happened
I locked my bike up around noon at the UIC Rec Center on East Campus. When I left the gym around 1 it was gone. The manager at the gym checked his security tapes and saw a man sitting outside the gym when I arrived. This man waited until I had been in the gym for five minutes (or so) and then cut the lock and rode south on Halsted on my bike.
