What happened
Bike was parked at approximately 12:20 PM at a "Pay to Park" new street sign that was securely attached to the ground. It was on the corner of Broadway and Oakdale Avenues, across from the Apple Bite. Base was secure and did not wobble. All of the nearby bike racks were full. Returning from errands at approximately 2:35 pm to find the bolts of the street sign on the ground around the sign's base. Bike frame was locked to the pole with a Kryptonite New York City lock.
