Novara Buzz V
What happened
I had it lock with a stupid cable/padlock because my U lock was rusty. The guy saw it, either went home to get cutters or had them already? He took the bike, cable and lock? Locked it on railing under El, across the street from Merchandise Mart. Only $300 bike but it was fairly new.
