2010 Scattante R-570

What happened

Bike was locked to the fence outside the Jesse Spaulding School. Had a Kryptonite lock cut. Looked like the lock was cut with some sort of power tool because the cut was very clean, and not done with a hack saw. Bike was stolen during pitchfork, I heard there was a truck going around stealing bikes but nothing was done to stop the truck. There could be many more similar reports. Lots of loitering individuals in the neighborhood as well.

The foot strap for the left pedal is Broken and dangles off. The straps are a black fabric, and the right strap is still secure. Bike in good condition. Scratches on right front brake/handlebar. Some scratches on right side of the fork. black caps on tires.
