unbranded track bike (built by Tati Cycle in Hyde Park)

What happened

The bicycle was locked in front of my apartment building overnight. Although I didn't habitually leave it locked outside, I had done so recently. It seems likely that someone had seen it there before, rather than coming upon it by chance.

Bike frame is in good used condition with no distinguishing wear or damage (that I can think of). Wideswept upright handlebars with white tape grips; front brake; small brass bell; large wire basket mounted on the front; well-worn white saddle; white front tire and black rear tire. Rear wheel has a flip-flop hub.
