unbranded track bike (built by Tati Cycle in Hyde Park)
What happened
The bicycle was locked in front of my apartment building overnight. Although I didn't habitually leave it locked outside, I had done so recently. It seems likely that someone had seen it there before, rather than coming upon it by chance.
