Cannondale M700 mountain bike ca. 1999

What happened

I locked the bike to one of the single u-shaped bike racks outside the AMC movie theater in Gold Coast, which was very busy because of the film festival. It was just a few feet from the people who were displaying Buick's newest models, but they said that they did not see anything. It was locked with a rubber-coated cable and a Master key lock.

Black frame with some scratches. Front wheel (Bontrager) has schrader valve, and back wheel (unlabeled) has presta valve. Water bottle and pump holders. Twist gear shifters. There is a tag on the diagonal tube of the frame from the shop where it was purchased - I can positively identify it by the name of this shop, which is not local.
