Fuji Track Bike

What happened

Bike was locked outside, corner of XSport Fitness. Upon return, another bike was locked where mine used to be. Rider stated he had parked it one hour earlier, and noticed the cut lock, no bike. Based on the timeframe, the bike was stolen shortly after I locked it. Note, image is not of the original bike (handles are different). Bike is flipped to free wheel. Lots of sentimental value. I'm sure this will get sold immediately or fixed up to look different. Please help!
