2007 Bianchi Brava (Red) 48CM

What happened

Image is stock, not of my bike. I was in the cafe for approx two hours. At 2:45 PM someone walked in and said they had just seen a bike stolen. He watched someone cut my lock with an angle grinder and take the lock/helmet. The person rode my bike up the street to the BP at California and Fullerton. The passerby followed the person to the BP where he saw him put the bike into the back of a baby blue toyota previa minivan (early 90s?) license plate H82 1472. He got a picture, which he gave to me, but the officer that took my police report wouldn't take the plate number because I didn't take the picture myself.
