FELT 2009 Road F-series?

What happened

I had it locked to a tree at Millenium. It was at the end of Washington, in plain site of people eating at the ice rink. Someone might have blocked this sight while another clipped the coil? Millenium needs a better bike rack system! One with free tickets and enclosed

This is a FELT road bike. It has a rainbow on the frame near the seat post. The bike was virtually new appearing although there is one mark on it that could distinguish it. It cut to the gray frame and is on the top part of the frame and is about the size of a dime.
