What happened

Came back to my apartment and locked bike outside, came back out about 10-15 minutes later and lock was cut and bike was gone. Thinking someone was watching me. Kinda creeped me out. Really want to set up a trap and nab the jerk. Please find my one and only bike that I bought less than one month ago.
