What happened
The incident had been captured on a security camera next to the building at 200 W Monroe. There was one individual on video. He was a white male of undetermined age, with light blond or white hair. He entered the video from the Monroe Street side, wearing a back pack. He appeared to have a clamp type cutting device. He arrived on site at approximately 6:57pm and was gone with the bike at 7:01pm.

- The attached photo is a stock photo of the bike that was stolen with the obvious exception that the bike is white with black lettering and the front fork is made by Marzocchi. The bike did not have it's seat, as I removed it prior to locking it up. The bike also has a shop sticker on its downtube from Village Cycle in Chicago. It also has serval black scuff marks in various spots around the main triangle of the frame, but otherwise was in very good condition.
