What happened
Bike was left locked to a bike rack at approximately 2:40pm while at the beach (by restroom house just north of North Avenue beach). When I returned to the rack at approximately 4:30pm my bike was gone, without any sign of the lock. My friend's bike was left untouched. The event was immediately reported to police onsite with a notice put on out on the police radio. An officer stated that a bike matching that description was just seen riden by a white male wearing a white tee-shirt, but unfortuantely he was able to get away.

Installed components inlude cat eye odometer, clip pedals on one side with regular pedals on opposite side, air pump and bottle holder on front frame. Small black seat bag with tools and tube was on bike but not permanently attached.
