2003 Cannondale Warrior 500

What happened

My bike was locked w/a Bulldog OnGuard U-lock to a black railing separating lawn from sidewalk on side of apartment building on residential street. Car-type key opens lock, so I believe entire lock was cut through. Bike also had Kryptonite self-locking wheels and seat. It rained that afternoon and I left outside overnight unfortunately. In the morning when I went to ride my baby to work, it was gone.
